Types of apartments
. 'Studio'
apartment: one room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
. 'F1', 'F2', 'F3' (or 'T1', 'T2', etc. or 'P1', 'P2',
etc.): the number is for the number of rooms in addition to the
kitchen and bathroom. For example, an 'F3' apartment has a living
room and two bedrooms.
