• Distinguished Scientist Prize;
• Outstanding Career in Agricultural Development Prize.

Application is open to all stakeholders from the academic or research organiza1on (private or public), a civil society organization (e.g., NGO, farmers organiza1ons), or a private sector (e.g., small/medium enterprises).

Since 2015, the Louis Malassis Prize has been awarded at the same time as the "Olam Prize for Innovation in Food Security", which rewards a project aimed at promoting the development of innovation and its contribution to world food security (grant of USD 75,000 for the selected project). Call for participation until 28/02/2019 for the '5th edition of the Louis Malassis International Prize for Agriculture and Food', launched by Agropolis Fondation Agropolis Fondation wanted to honour the memory of Louis Malassis by creating the "Louis Malassis International Scientific Prize for Agriculture and Food". This award is intended to reward those who have made an exemplary contribution, through their training, research or development activities, to promoting innovations to improve sustainable agricultural and food production systems and thus contribute to meeting the food challenge and the fight against poverty.
