Agropolis International is involved in the dissemination of scientific and technical culture in Languedoc-Roussillon region

What is STCD?

The Scientific and Technical Culture Dissemination (DCST in French) is part of the research duties. But it is not often well separated from other activities like, scientific and technical information (STI), communication or promotion. STCD includes all the actions aiming at making the scientific and technical knowledge available to everybody, in order to allow a dialog between science and society. This last point is essential to arouse scientific vocations and to provide citizens with a basis for their political choices in relation to the use of sciences and techniques.
