French Scientific Committee on Desertification (CSFD)
This committee has been created in 1997 by the ministerial departments in charge of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development, Ministry for Higher Education and Ministry of Research).
European Society for Agronomy
The European Society for Agronomy (ESA) is a scientific society created in 1990 with the aim of promoting the science of Agronomy and its use in agriculture and rural development across Europe

Agropolis International working groups
As part of its mission in the field of scientific animation, Agropolis International coordinates several thematic inter-institutionnal working groups.
- Europe Committee: gathers the persons in charge of the follow-up of European issues in the member institutions of Agropolis International
- Scientific and Technical Information (STI): gathers the persons in charge of libraries and publishing services of Agropolis International members
- Delegations and visitors welcome network: gathers the persons in charge of this issue in the member institutions
