Three projects of the regional scientific community among the 52 projects selected on 336 proposals

• GEOSUD project (Territories, Environment, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Joint Research Unit TETIS - IRSTEA, Cirad, AgroParisTech, in partnership with IRD, Montpellier University 2,INSU, IGN and CINES) - Amount: 11 500 000 € - Theme: "National platform of satellite imagery”
• SOCRATE project ( PROMES laboratory «Processes, Materials and Solar Energy» - CNRS - Perpignan University) - Amount : 4 500 000 € - Theme: "Advanced research on solar energy and energy technologies"
• XYLOFOREST interregional project (Aquitaine, Pays de la Loire, Lorraine, Centre, Languedoc‐Roussillon, Bourgogne, Midi‐Pyrénées regions, involving among others CIRAD and INRA) – Amount 10 200 000 € - Theme: "Innovation platform on Forest- Wood- Fibers- Biomass".

The objective of this call for projects is to allocate funds to French laboratories to buy cutting edge scientific equipments to be able to carry on researches at the higher world level.
