International Workshop "Sience ouverte au Sud : enjeux et perspectives pour une nouvelle dynamique"

The target audience is scientific information managers, representatives from research institutions or organizations in charge of research policy, and researchers themselves wishing to share their data and publications. The conference will present national, regional, international or local incentive policies as well as feedback and practical cases to encourage or infuse new impetus for open science.
It will focus on research issues in the French-speaking countries of the South. * Open Science in the South and in French-speaking Southern countries * Open Science Movement: state of play and policies * Doing Open Science. Methodology and tools * Practical cases and feedback
This conference is being jointly organized by IRD, CIRAD and Cheikh Anta Diop University. The conference is part of IRD’s 75th anniversary celebrations.
