AbstractTo study and interpret the history of agriculture we need defined concepts and methodologies. Agriculture has a dynamic nature. We think that agrarian history, related to soil management, can be interpreted as a succession of phases dominated by conservative social group logic and phases where this logic dissapears under the pressure of other social groups. | Related resources : | Historical
