Abstract

The law on water aims at setting up a national policy of the water based on a prospective vision which takes into account the evolution of resources and on the other hand national requirements of water. It foresees legal clauses aiming the rationalization of water use, the generalization of the access to water, interregional solidarity, the reduction of the disparities between the city and the countryside within the framework of programs whose objective is to ensure the hydraulic safety on the the Royaume territory.
